This is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education course, which is designed for those who teach yoga or are currently in training.
In this course we will:
- Review the 8 limbs of yoga (YPLE)
- Review Energy Body anatomy (AP)
- Cover sequencing considerations, and group sequence a class, adding in elements from the 8 limbs and energy body (TM)
- Practice a class together, that includes all 8 limbs, and refers extensively to the energy body (TTP)
