We are all whole and complete--and yet we don't always feel that way.

What is THAT about?
...and, what can do about it?

Join Dawn and Patty for a 5 week series, that will bring insight, tools, and a deep feeling of connection.

Each of the 5 weekly sessions will include: discussion, focused yoga, breath work, and meditation, and new tools from Ayurveda, psychology, and literature.

Each week will have a specific focus to increase feelings of wellness and wholeness, and the final session will bring them all together. Better yet, over the course of the series, you will build habits that will enhance all the work you are doing.

This is a special opportunity to invest in your personal growth and quality of life.
