Occasionally in life, we have the opportunity to look into how things work. The Yoga Sutras is an ancient text that can give us insights into how our minds work, how we can have greater peace of mind, what obstacles are present, and how to overcome them.

We will move, hold poses, breathe, and use the mind / body connection to prepare our minds and bodies for a brief lecture, and extended meditation.
