In the Eastern world, a mandala is a geometric figure representing the universe, sometimes it is a symbol in a dream, representing the dreamer's search for completeness and self-unity.
No art skills required. If you can draw parenthesis, brackets, and be a little patient, you can draw a mandala.
It is meditative, fun, and just for you.

This is a very gentle practice where all you really need to do, once you get settled into the included restorative poses with props, is be and breathe. Bonus if you can let yourself be present.

We will use ample supplies to get everyone comfortable on the floor with mats, blankets, bolsters. Then Imogene will begin the sound healing with various singing bowls and instruments. As you deeply relax, Dawn will move through the room with hands-off reiki.
