Join Dawn and Imogene to reset your mind and body in this meditative experience of sound. As you relax, let the waves of Sound wash over you, gently bathing you in vibrations. Sound has been used for centuries to ease pain, calm the mind, and support healing and emotional well-being. Imogene will be using a mix of instruments to include crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums in this full body experience.
Dawn will move through the room offering hands off reiki (a Japanese, non-invasive energy healing technique aimed at reducing stress and promoting relaxation.) and acting as a channel for "universal life force energy" to improve energy flow and balance, aimed at supporting the body’s natural healing abilities.

We will use ample supplies to get everyone comfortable on the floor with mats, blankets, bolsters. We will talk and move our bodies with purpose. Then Imogene will begin the Gong Bath for deeper inner journeying. As you go deep within, Dawn will move through the room with hands-off reiki.
