In the Eastern world, a mandala is a geometric figure representing the universe, sometimes it is a symbol in a dream, representing the dreamer's search for completeness and self-unity.

No art skills required. If you can draw parenthesis, brackets, and be a little patient, you can draw a mandala.

It is meditative, fun, and just for you.

All the wonderful restorative yoga you get with Dawn and all the gloriously relaxing sound bath goodness you get with Imogene.  Plus, a comfortable space, lots of high quality props, and a kind community.

This is a very gentle practice where all you really need to do, once you get settled into the included restorative poses with props, is be and breathe.  Bonus if you can let yourself be present.

The sound is varied, Imogene works with many tools to customize the sound bath to the attendees.
