There is much more to yoga than the poses (asana). In this series we will explore the limbs of Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi in depth.
All sessions will include discussion, asana, pranayama, and meditation.
Suitable for all levels. Space is limited, so reserve your spot early. Online option also available. Recordings available if you must miss class, just ask in advance.
