Join me to spend 5 sessions exploring the many benefits of Yin Yoga. Such as its slow pace, passive self-supported long holds of floor-based postures, benefits for connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, and tendons., increase flexibility, and promote relaxation through breath work and presence.

These practices are fairly gentle and suitable for most people, but particularly challenging and beneficial for the impatient. Questions? Just ask.
