Join me to spend 5 sessions exploring the many benefits of Yin Yoga. Such as its slow pace, passive self-supported long holds of floor-based postures, benefits for connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, and tendons., increase flexibility, and promote relaxation through breath work and presence.
