In this series we will explore the many yoga tools to build and support mind body connection, as well as why you need this connection.

All sessions will include gentle active practice, breath work, meditation, as well as deep rest so we can carry the benefits into our day to day lives.

Suitable for all levels. Space is limited, so reserve your spot early. Online option also available. Recordings available if you must miss class, just ask in advance.
