Yoga Nidra is a practice that is gentle and renewing. A little movement to loosen the body. A nice cozy place to rest. Some focused breath. A little moving the mind through the body. Plus a purpose or intention.

In this series we will build on the fact that people often sleep better after practicing Yoga Nidra. So you can practice at home and benefit every day.

No experience necessary. All levels welcome.
